Role description:A solution architect is an information technology professional who designs solutions, environments, applications and user interfaces for an organization. Professional with wide range of technical and business knowledge, rather than focusing their skills in a specific area of information technology, working with internal and external customers to develop systems to required business specifications.
Responsibilities:
A solution architect is responsible for understanding internal and external customer needs, and converting the requirements into design and architecture which will be the basis for the solution. This may include researching software and hardware products or services, understanding the cloud infrastructure for which the solution is targeted, finding the best feasible products or services to use for the solution, and defining the design and architecture to meet business requirements. Collaborating with other solution architects on the project, the architect creates design documents to present to customers and stakeholders to ensure the design will meet the customers' requirements. The architect also works with developers to ensure the solution is understood and implemented as designed and architected. Salary starts from 3.500 EUR.
