* Ensure high quality of reporting in accordance with company rules and Local Authorities requirements
* Main responsibilities includes management of following key functions:
* - Controlling
* - Accounting
* - Treasury, Taxes and Insurance
* - Coordinating Legal, Law and Compliance activities
* - Ensure relationships with banks and HQ Finance to ensure financing for legal entity
* - As member of management ensure long term value added growth
* As a member of Executive Board you will be responsible for organizing of legal entity in accordance with valid internal and external legislative and delegated authority,
* Communication with local and state authorities
* Follow up and solving issues e.g. License agreement, share transfers
* Project management: Consolidation of legal entities, etc.
* Management and development of team members (mid-size team)

Generally required knowledge:
* Academic degree of Finance / Economics / Business
* Fluent English, including Business English
* Min. 5 years of experience in Finance field in managing position
* Previos experience in leading financial department within production company is a must
* Experience on leadership position
* Strategic and visionary thinking
* Great communication skills and building partnership
* Project management experience
