Our Finance Controlling team is an integral part of the IBM Europe Finance Centers in Bratislava/Sofia. We are looking for Senior Finance Professionals to join us in our mission: to manage the financial performance for IBM Global Markets business units - Systems Hardware and Software - towards the achievement of assigned measurements.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and control of Revenue and Profit objectives / Expense and Resource objectives
- Advise business leader and his team on revenue and profit outlook / Expense and Resource outlook
- Identify the roadmap items and drive their achievement
- Provide accurate view of actuals and outlook
- Manage affordability models and deployment plans
- Partner with CFO, Accounting, Ops/business teams

We require:
- Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business/Management or Economics
- 3 -5 years of experience in Finance acquired in Planning/Controlling/Accounting area
- Strong logical and analytical skills together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving approach
- Fluent English

Salary starting from EUR 1.800 gross / month, depending on relevant experience, skills
