* Being responsible for the upkeep and smooth operations of IT systems
* Managing and coordinating managerial activities, needed to solve the major incident
* Developing procedures and policies by which technical support team will operate
* When something goes wrong, he/she provides immediate support, commanding and controlling major incidents
* Managing of various conference call meetings which are conducted to manage the issue resolution
* Proposing process improvements
* Leading of virtual teams in global area

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

* University degree in technical area (IT)
* Fluent English language
* Customer oriented, results and detail oriented
* Strong communication skills
* Keep calm under pressure
* Able to work autonomously, decision - making ability
* Very good coordination skills, flexibility
