Generally required knowledge:
- Min 10 year experience as PM - leading larger projects of high complexity (similar to/comparable with A projects, or streams of A projects), project portfolio or program, - Min 5 years of experience in ICT business - English min. B2, German language is advantage - Extensive knowledge of Project management (PMI preferred) with at least one certificate (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or IPMA C or B) - Knowledge of ITIL methodology and ICT business - Excellent skills in the following fields: leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholders management, risk & change management, crisis management, listening, problem solving - Flexibility, reasoning, ability of working under pressure, structural & project & analytical thinking, - Good networking skills, assertiveness, time management, stress management - Willing to travel abroad - Excellent capabilities in managing and coaching of Project managers involved in the project - Excellent knowledge and profound experience in three TC portfolio related types of Rollout: IntraSelect (IP-VPN), Managed LAN, Managed VoIP, Network Security Solutions - Extensive experience in the implementation of end-to end TC services in accordance with data center standards, backend services and applications
