- support Business Transformation Leader in effective management of business
transformation related projects
- drive cross-functional alignment and engagement
- identify customer requirements and ensure to maintain or improve customer
excellence
- develop process maps of current / future state of identified processes
- identify business transformation opportunities and evaluate its feasibility
