Global key account manager (m/f)
- located in Bratislava / focusing mainly on CEE markets
Job profile:
As the Global Key Account Manager, you will be primarily responsible for co-operation with strategic key accounts from the Automotive Industry. Your task will be to strengthen the co-operation with existing clients and also to search for new business opportunities - with special focus on locations in Central- and Eastern Europe. You will work closely with local company subsidiaries and regional offices, as well as distribution partners, reporting directly to the headquarters of the company in Germany.
Your tasks will include:
Industry sector and strategic accounts management in the Business Unit Global Key Accounts
Systematic support and development of strategic customer relationships in the automotive sector
Reaching the strategic sales goals with the central accounts
Participation in development of new products and services in the area of personal protective equipment
Preparation and execution of company and product presentations
Creation, budgeting and controlling of operational measures
Expansion of the global market and customer activities with the focus on Central- and Eastern Europe
Active communication with all relevant teams and stakeholders across the company

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

We expect that this central role in the global team of a leading company will be a challenging opportunity for a candidate with several years of experience and with proven success in the field of key-account management / business development, ideally in an international, matrix organized company supplying indirect materials and services to the automotive industry. The market and product experience in the field of personal protective equipment is an advantage. Experience with sales of products with higher added-value is required.
Some other requirements are:
Degree in Technology or Economics
Secure appearance on all levels of decision-making in an international environment
The highest level of customer orientation, ability of developing long term business relationships
Takeover of project management functions
Strong team and networking skills
Structured way of working and thinking, entrepreneurial and cross-divisional thinking and acting
Organizational ability and flexibility, high degree of self-responsibility and independence
Very good English and German. Knowledge of additional foreign languages (preferably from the Eastern European region) is a plus.
Experience in working with MS Office, ERP and CRM systems (i.e. SAP)
Readiness to travel nationally and internationally (at least 50%) - your office will be located in Bratislava/Slovakia, you will closely co-operate with the HQ is in the south of Germany.
