Job information
* You will be responsible for the growth and expansion of the SAP application management team in Kosice.
* You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the AMS consultants in Kosice.
* You are active as a consultant for our customers to approx. 50% of the work time.
* You work closely with the team managers of the AMS in Germany.
* You take over and monitor resource planning.
* You develop the skills and competencies of the team continuously.
* You are available to your employees as a permanent contact person at Kosice location.

Generally required knowledge:
* You have several years of professional experience in the SAP environment with in-depth specialist knowledge in at least one module (HR, FICO, Logistics, MM etc).
* You have professional and ideally also disciplinary management experience
* You have experience in forming a team
* You have experience in working with teams at other locations.
* You have a high level of personal responsibility, an appropriate performance level, strong empathy and team orientation as well as strong communication skills, persuasiveness and customer orientation.
* You have already gained experience in presales and project management
* You have good Slovak and English language skills, ideally German language skills
