Your role:
• Corporate customer support and assessment of our participants
• As the only staff member in the office you act as an interface between teachers and customers
• Complaint management – responding to feedback and development of solutions
• Quality management – intensive consulting, improvement of processes
• Office and administrative work, e.g. answering calls; mail processing; creating, archiving, and securing documents
• Communication with authorities, service providers, banks and close collaboration with our tax and legal consultancy
• Back office tasks, e.g. bank transfers, invoice control
• General organizational tasks, e.g. preparatory accounting
• Make sure the office is clean, take care of the kitchenette and class rooms, make small purchases for office use
• Additional ad-hoc tasks

DeutschAkademie / Akademia Slovenciny is a small German and Slovak language school. Most of our participants are between 20 and 35 years old, well-educated and highly motivated to learn the German / Slovak language.

As a (Junior) Office Manager (m/f/d), in our small office in Bratislava, you love to work alone and are solely responsible for the organization of a small language school. • Fluent in Slovak and English (intermediate level), German skills are beneficial
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Structured and accurate working methods
• Service-oriented and a high-developed quality consciousness
• Very good computer skills (ten-finger typing system)
