This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company as REGIONAL MANAGER FOR EXPENSE ANALYSES & REPORTING. Scope of work: - Effective execution of Service Management Framework - Completes and executes the SLA by customer - Responsible for regional cost allocations - Regular service and performance reviews in alignment with Global Service Manager - Implements common service management methodologies (contracts, SLA, KPI/Reverse KPI, performance results etc.), tools and templates - Implements pricing and chargeback model - To be a first contact for incident management and for any issues related to delivery of services that do not meet the defined targets - Implements quality/continuous improvement programms - Supports Global Service Manager

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

The successful candidate should have the following attributes: - A few years experience with service/product pricing and cost recovery models - Relevant experience in Shared service center (at least 3 years) - Knowledge of SAP - FI module - Process management experience including the ability to apply, gauge and interpret process metrics - Experience in process improvements - Preferrably experience with setting up customer service organization - Leadership skills - Master degree in Business/Finance/Accounting - Fluent level of English language, German language is big advantage - Knowledge of international environment - Flexibility in terms of travelling
