Generally required knowledge:
* research the needs of our customers from Sales departments
* negotiate priorities with other stakeholders
* read specifications of other web services and propose the integration options
* answer questions about our products and development timelines
* to think
* prepare user stories and plan them with the team
* answer developers'/testers' questions about how the implementation should look like
* review and take over the product from team and plan new iterations
* write documentation and train Sales and Merchant support
