We are looking for an experienced candidate who would like to continue her/his career in strong international production company at the position PROCUREMENT PROJECT LEAD: The Procurement Project Lead (PPL) is responsible to represent and integrate Procurement in the project management process at early stage. The responsibilities of the PPL includes breaking down and allocating BOM targets to categories/modules, organizing and monitoring all project relevant Procurement activities , including aligning to Procurement strategies, targeting maximum contribution to the project operating result. The PPL also orchestrates the communication and alignment of requirements with relevant involved parties, guaranteeing the observance of the Procurement process and ethics and optimizing the deployment of re-source.

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

- University degree in relevant field with several years of relevant professional experience - Several years working in Procurement with multi category and cross-functional experience through project work in a related functional area - Expert level in project management and communication. Good understanding of Innovation and Engineer-ing capabilities in the technical field - Advanced level as required for professional virtual cross-functional team management - Practitioner level as required for professional Procurement projects and supplier relationship management - Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal - Experience with and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage - Leadership skills; ability to decide and initiate action, supervise a group - Team Player; ability to work with people and support team members - Strong Communication skills; able to communicate information at different levels, persuasive, good pre-senting skills - Organized and detailed; good at managing time, projects and resources. - Strong focus on delivering cus-tomer expectations - Ability to work under pressure, setbacks and open to organizational change - Solution oriented with 'can-do' attitude
