Job information

* Create solutions for various integration solutions within the existing architecture
* Sets standards for integration using standard interfaces, libraries and solutions
* Collaborate with other the Enterprise Architecture team, CRM supplies, internal an external developers and business analysts
* In collaboration with the Architecture team you will develop and maintain a platform roadmap
* Writes solution architectures , writes whitepapers for internal and external developers how to integrate with our solutions
* Within the constraints of the contracts with the external supplier, and in alignment with the business support functions, you will customize the system to meet the business needs of the company
* Assist with deployment and provisioning activities, Assists business in writing requirement specifications

Generally required knowledge:

* 5+ years’ experience with enterprise CRM systems,
* College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
* Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities
* Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying of CRM environment
* Demonstrated proficiency in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms for integration
