* Your responsibilities as Scrum Master will be:
* Coaching and mentoring the development team to continuously improve in the iterative development process
* Find and mitigate problems, bottlenecks and waste

Generally required knowledge:
* 2+ years of Scrum software development experience in the role of Scrum Master
* Proven record of contribution to the delivery of multiple software products in Agile development
* Strong experience in agile methodologies and deep understanding of the core values and principles of Agile software development
* Knowledge of the challenges of cloud software development
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence
* Empathetic but assertive personality
* Good communication skills in English, Czech/Slovak, verbal and written
* Nice to have experience
* Experience with Scaled Scrum frameworks
* Experience working in a DevOps engineering culture
* Knowledge and experience with the Agile guild model
* Experience working in distributed teams environment
* Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
* Scrum Certification
