For the production team in Bratislava in the field of mechatronic assemblies, we are looking for a highly motivated and all-round talented person with hands-on mentality for the position:
Team Leader - Production (m/f)
Job profile:
Leading the production team, planning production and workers
Monitoring production process and schedules
Ensuring in time production and cost effectiveness
Developing quality standards and measuring quality targets
Cost calculation for new assembly projects
Dealing with customer claims and product reworks
Responsibility for the selection and maintenance of equipment
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
Supervising and motivating a team of workers

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:
Experience as Production manager or as Deputy production manager in small or mid-size
production companies
Planning and organizing skills
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
Excellent time management, ability to work under pressure
Ability to motivate the production team
Slovak native speaker or high proficiency in Slovak, very good English skills, German language is an advantage
