* The Senior Support Engineer is expected to:
* Install and maintain CallREC and Quality Management Suite
* Analyze and solve issues in customer production systems
* Contribute new and original ideas for solving issues

* You are welcome at interview in Lugera first.

Generally required knowledge:

* The candidate shall be able to work as part of the Support team and we expect:
* Min. 3 years of experience in Unix/Linux system administration
* Understanding of IP networks
* Knowledge of SQL syntax, PostgreSQL or Oracle database
* Good communication skills
* Fluent in English
* Willingness to constantly learn new things
* We will appreciate
* Knowledge of CISCO IP telephony
* Understanding SIP
* Overall knowledge of IPCC/Genesys contact center platforms
* Experience in PostgreSQL/Oracle administration

Employee requirements

  • Minimum required education:
    vysokoškolské II. stupňa
  • Language skills:
    Anglický jazyk (stredne pokročilý - B2)
  • Suitable for graduates:
    Yes
