* As IT administrator, you will support and maintain computer systems. Your tasks include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading systems. If you have a experience in IT trubleshooting area, we looking for you.
* Your responsibilities will be:
* Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated end user workstation software and networking software products
* Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products
* Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed
* Work with end users to identify and deliver required PC service levels
* Provide training and support to end users and staff on computer operation and other issues
* Work remotely to cover one or more assigned support sites.
* May require after-hours support for IT related needs.

* MUST HAVE
* Demonstrated proficiency in planning, deploying, and maintaining new Microsoft Office 365solutions
* Experience with OFFICE 365
* email migration experience
* Microsoft Exchange Server 2013
* daily operations for OFFICE 365
* knowledge of ServiceNow
* SMTP knowledge
* Effective analytical and troubleshooting skills
* IT Change Management process skills
* Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems
* Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment
