- This is an opportunity to further develop your professional competence and the possibility to pursue your future professional career in many different directions - We are looking for VERY experienced Senior IT manager to work on HR system WorkDay - About the role : The HRIS Applications Manager leads the Workday system functionality and architecture, making sure the system runs smoothly and performs accurately. Supports the HRIS SPOC to address country & regional needs following the Human Resources Leadership Team governance. - your responsibilities : > Lead and assures high quality Workday support services delivery, supervise incidents and requests resolution, ensure compliance with SLAs worldwide > Update & maintains existing functionalities, business processes and support security in collaboration with the HRIS project and functional team > Collaborates & coordinates with the shared business service centres, local HR and with the IT community ensuring the proper change management, communication and the timely resolution of issues > Assures the proper communication and training deployment whenever is needed > Assess the functional elements of the tool to determine the impact of releases and changes based on in-depth understanding of the function, technical expertise of Workday, and Workday's integration with other systems > Manages the support team on the resolution of global configuration, business processes, business data, supporting security and reporting within the Workday system > Review, create, set up and maintenance of business data, calculated fields, condition rules and notifications to support process requirements required for HR operations/campaigns > Manage Tenant set-up, maintenance, integration requirements, technical operations (refresh, new requirements…) and utilization > Act as Workday Update Manager and actively ensure ongoing knowledge of Workday releases and changes > Advise and support HRIS functional team on available system enhancements and possible refinements to data or business processes > Advise and support HRIS functional team on available system enhancements and possible refinements to data or business processes > Partner with HR, IT, business units and vendors to implement changes to enhance existing functionalities, ensuring data integrity, and developing processes to optimize capabilities of the system > Ad hoc support countries regarding training, reports, analytics, etc > Organise for development and delivery of custom reports as needed for senior leaders and key users to support strategic HR management needs

Generally required knowledge:

- University education with 6-10 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Professional experience related to implementation of large scale HR applications with strong technical and functional knowledge of HCM systems and integrations - Proven experience in team management, internal and external resources - Proven expertise in project management; Workday of at least 2 - 3 years of expertise in configuration or other SaaS projects is a MUST - Experience managing a global client group is preferred - Experience in change management initiatives in the context of HRIS implementation - In-depth knowledge of complex Workday security setup is a must - Operational experience and assignments in HR function would be an added advantage - Language skills: English full proficiency. Other languages is an advantage Behaviours: - Result oriented, self-starter and independent worker - Able to resolve issues and understand complex business rules - Customer focus keeping an eye on the bigger picture - Good communication, consultation and collaborative skills - Strong analytical skills with rigor and methodical (details oriented) - Operates in an international and multicultural environment - Strong team leadership skills - Resilience - Able to travel according to business needs
