Job description, position information:

Newly created team is looking for one more team member with GERMAN and ENGLISH language.

Your daily tasks will involve:
- Assisting clients with technical and functional issues in buildings where they are located
- Creating solutions how to fix or repair the case
- Working mainly with ticketing system
- Providing feedbacks and follow-ups to clients
- Improving, innovating manuals
