* Main resposibilities of Office manager are:
* - organizing and managing office operations and procedures in cooperation with office receptionist,
* - managing suppliers and equipment retention and purchase,
* - designing, updating and implementing local operation policies and guidelines according to global standards,
* - taking care of office security standards according to global Information Security policies,
* - close cooperation with Finance Manager on preparation of an annual budget (scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions),
* - close cooperation with IT department on basic IT support,
* - HR agenda such as recruiting, on boarding, preparation of employee's contracts, materials for external pay-roll accountant, communication with global HR teams
