Job information
* Being responsible for whole quality process
* Set up a quality policy for the entire factory and ensure it is adopted by all its employees
* Doing sample controls and control quality details of finished products
* Set up a quality report along the lines of the group policy
* Performing internal quality audits and define necessary product specifications
* Being a process owner of incoming complaints and determine necessary actions within the company policy
* Communicating with the end consumer and participating during external audits carried out by customers
* For new product launches, working closely with engineering in to smoothly ensure the release process
Generally required knowledge:
* University degree – technical
* A proven experience in an production environment in a quality role (min. 3 years)
* Having a technical insight in product attributes
* Very good planning and reporting skills
* Fluent English language
* Strong communication and presentation skills
