Generally required knowledge:
- University degree
- at least 5 years of working experience as HR Manager in production or logistics company
- experience in strategy planning and ability to think and act in strategic as well practical way
- strong communication skills, "can do" attitude, problem solving skills, flexibility, responsiblity, stress ressistance
- fluent knowledge of English language
