Job information

- Coding in C/C++ languages (cca 60 percent of work time)

- Short term, middle term resource management planning  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to Line Manager for development and performance management
- Set agreed goals and manage the performance of individual team members (salary and bonus)
- Manage team, with the assistance of the Line Manager, to develop and deliver to Company the right level and capacity of capability
- Coach team members to build their career in their chosen direction
- Support capability development as needed in the area by recruiting or helping finding subcontractors in response to developing demands from Project Managers and/or Technology strategy

Generally required knowledge:

Employee requirements

  • Minimum required education:
    vysokoškolské II. stupňa
  • Language skills:
    Anglický jazyk (stredne pokročilý - B2)
