Whilst most guests are counting sheep, we need to count the day’s figures, host the night owls with a warm welcome, a happy smile and a positive colorful attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming the guests, performing check-ins and check-outs, giving information about facilities and surroundings, booking rooms, handling guest payments, reservations.
* Proactively addressing guest complains and issues to ensure they are recovered in a swift, efficient manner.
* Ensure correct invoicing & checking shift revenues
* Prepares night audit reports

Knowledge of Opera PMS is strong advantage.

Generally required knowledge:

This is what we need:

* You have already gained experiences at the front desk and know Opera PMS like the back of your hand
* You enjoy working with guests and wow them with your warmth and cheerfulness, even in the wee hours of the night
* You like to work self dependent and you are able to thrill guests with creative solutions
* You have very good communication skills and always have a smile on your face, even when it gets really turbulent
* You thrive in a busy environment of international guests and varied activities where you can also bring in your language skills
