A warm welcome, a happy smile, a positive Yes I Can! attitude and a natural host. Our receptionists are the face of our hotels, and they know that our guests are number 1.

Key responsibilities:
* Welcoming the guests, performing check-ins and check-outs, giving information about facilities and surroundings, booking rooms, handling guest payments, reservations.
* Proactively addressing guest complains and issues to ensure they are recovered in a swift, efficient manner.
* Ensure correct invoicing & checking shift revenues

Generally required knowledge:

This is what we need:

* You have gained first experiences at the front desk which you would like to amplify
* You enjoy working with guests and wow them with your warmth and cheerfulness
* You like to work self dependent and you are able to thrill guests with creative solutions
* You have very good communication skills and always have a smile on your face, even when it gets really turbulent
* You thrive in a busy environment of international guests and varied activities where you can also bring in your language skills

Employee requirements

  • Minimum required education:
    stredoškolské s maturitou
  • Language skills:
    Anglický jazyk (stredne pokročilý - B2)
    Slovenský jazyk
  • Suitable for graduates:
    Yes
