Job information

Core duties of this positions are following: - Providing legal advice and support to various departments - Analyzing legal risks, evaluating and recommendation of alternatives - Drafting, reviewing, negotiation and finalization of domestic and international legal and transactional documentations - Pre-litigation work to minimize risks and maximize legal rights - Litigations supervision - Reviewing of the compliance material - Compliance activities and trainings - Internal audits and reporting compliance issues - Following up and updating the legal budget - Secretarial and maintenance work - Updating of legal systems and records - Communication with external law firms and specialists - Keeping track of all new relevant regulations

Generally required knowledge:

The successful candidate should have the following attributes: - University degree in legal area required - Experience on relevant legal position - Fluent written and spoken English - Microsoft Excel - advanced - Microsoft Word - advanced - Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced - Highly professional at all times - Strong general legal skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team - Self-starting attitude and independent thought - Able to quickly form working relationships with colleagues (both internal and external) - Commercial awareness and the ability to apply legal knowledge within a dynamic commercial environment - Strong organizational skills - Attention to detail - Personal motivation, desire to develop and take on additional responsibility
