• Co-operation with finance team abroad regarding bookings of contracts, agreements, annexes – especially in the area of translation and exact understanding of documents,
• Cash register – reconciliation, bookings,
• Credit card payments – reconciliation, bookings,
• Cost invoices bookings,
• Cost categories identification according to cost ID in the budget,
• Sell invoices – issuance and bookings,
• All type of reporting required by local authorities and for purposes of reporting according to Polish authorities requirements,
• Co-operation with Auditors during financial audits,
• Close co-operation with local accounting office.

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

• Master degree – finance, accounting,
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in the position in the accounting department,
• Practical knowledge of accounting principles and tax law regulations,
• Good computer skills (MS Office),
• Knowledge of financial and accounting systems
• Communicative knowledge of English.
