We are looking for special candidates with unique experience and knowledge in area of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). There is an opportunity for those, who has such a knowledge and who would like to build up and lead a team of specialists. Plenty of improvements are waiting for you. Short Scope of RPA Leader: - Promoting and maintaining RPA Strategy within the organization - End-to-end management of the Automation - Working with Process Owners or equivalent to optimise process execution - Identify continuous improvement opportunities beyond automation and work with appropriate stakeholders to initiate continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to realize benefit potential - Accountable for driving the product and vendor strategy for the Automation platform - Ensure automation platform is scalable, flexible and secure - Define the standards and controls and ensure technical teams align to the same - Management of BOT Lifecycle - Key role in Organization Change Management

Generally required knowledge:
General Requirements: - Degree in SW Engineering, Science, or Information Technology - Experience of automation or implementation of RPA automations, within the SAP and other related applications, is highly desired - Significant experience with technology, delivery with process engineering type of expertise Requirments in Details: - Experience with leading a team is a MUST - Broad understanding of various RPA tools and platforms - Good understanding of BOT lifecycle and RPA solution architecture - Excellent facilitation skills working with both internal and external parties - Strong planning and organizational skills - Solid delivery & project management experience - Experience with any kind of SSC environment is desired - LEAN is beneficial
