Job information

Responsibilities:

• Providing and coordinating legal support related to technologies such as new tech solutions, cloud computing, smart analytics, different software licenses  
• Providing quality legal advice, discussing and measuring legal risks and opportunities related to the use of new technology
• Drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of IT agreements and legal documents
• Coordinating internal approval processes across Legal & Compliance and related functions; 
• Regulatory compliance related to outsourcing 
• Handle trainings regarding legal and compliance risks 
• Cooperating and managing of outside counsel 

Requirements:

• Qualified Lawyer of minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Very good understanding of IT/technology; 
• Ability to set-up and implement policies and processes
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects
• Previous experience in financial industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Analytical skills, can-do approach, independency
• Fluent English, German is an advantage
