Job information

Key responsibilities:

• To be first poit of contact for internal clients
• Resloving the inquiries related to IT, HR, Logistics, Legal etc. Via phone and e-mail
• Daily communication in English
• Responsibility for tickets triage
• Maintaining all inquiries in internal tools
• Providing feedback in fields of customer service
• Participation in implementation of new services and releases for the Service Desk readiness
• Working hours are organised in shifts (8:00 – 16:45, 14:15 – 23:00, 13:15 – 22:00) which are planned in advance

Basic requirements

• Fluent knowledge of English a must (German is an advantage)
• At least 6 months of working experience in Support Desk environment or Customer Care Center
• Advanced user of MS Office
• Flexible person with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer oriented
