Job information

Responsibilities:

• Creating contracts and changes on contracts
• Re-calculation of amounts for quarterly PO creation
• Supporting Claims analysts and AR with their queries
• Gathering detailed information from the clients
• Cooperating with the sales team and the production operations team
• Managing the flow of information between the client and the production operations team
• Ensuring that the needs of the clients are met in a timely and accurate manner
• Regular and ad hoc reporting

Requirements:

• University education or experience from similar position 
• Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking
• Good communication skills
• Detail oriented person, strong troubleshooting skills
• MS Excel – advanced (pivot tables, charts, databases), MS PowerPoint - advanced
• Experience with MS Access, SQL Server/Hyperion and SAP is only an advantage
• Fluent English is a must

It's a 6-month contract 

You can manage your time and work on this position between 4-8 hours per day.
