Job information

Responsibilities:  

• Responsibility for results of the team, quality of work, staffing  
• Lead accounting team during month end process, ensure activities are performed within deadlines
• Support and lead the team in the out of balances resolutions according to defined procedures and policies
• Ensure journal entries are posted according to defined procedures, with appropriate coding 
• Utilizing knowledge on month end process, posting of accruals, understanding and maintaining of financial reporting and general ledger structure 
• Proper monthly FX revaluation and maintain FX revaluation accounts
• Support the timely reporting of key financial information; monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators
• Quality and SOX controls, participate on audits

Requirements: 

• Advanced English written and spoken is a must  
• University degree in business administration or professional experience in Finance/ Accounting 
• At least 3 years' experience in the Accounting 
• MS-Office and ERP knowledge  
• Experience with special projects/transitions are welcome 
• Experience with people management
