Job Description:
The Branch Manager is accountable for the management of CPL branch and further expansions to additional regions. He/she will also be accountable to for new business development in within the region and future regions due to business expansions. The role will include managing and developing a team, developing long term business relationships, meeting and stretching financial and performance targets.
The Branch Manager will be working within and promoting the Company Values – Customer Focus, Accountability, Respect, Effective Communication and Empowerment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• The Branch Manager is accountable of the financial performance, budget, overall profitability, also future growth of the customer accounts.
• Accountable for the meeting sales and revenue goals for the branch and future business expansions.
• Development and implementation of sales planning and activity within the team.
• Accountable for the design, implementation and delivery of the recruitment strategy and policy
• He/she will be accountable for the meeting sales and revenue goals for the branch and future business expansions.
• Managing key client long-term relationships. They will also be required to will drive and increase CPL market share by actively targeting new business, carrying out client visit, delivering tenders, contract negotiations and implementation of new service offering.
• He /she is accountable for designing and delivering tailored made solutions, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provider (MSP), high volume recruitment, Temporary Services, contracts for all sectors that CPL delivers services to.
• The Branch Manager should analyze market data and make crucial business decision.
• He / she will be required to prepare and deliver reports and presentations to for senior management.
• Managing and developing project teams, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resourcing support based on vacancy volumes across portfolio of strategic CPL Clients; responsibility for team’s target, KPI’s and project’s budget.
• Ensures a global approach within the organization, he / she must co-operate with other branches, while at the same time liaising with management on strategies
• Accountable of their team’s and Branch compliancy regarding data protection, labor code and all other applicable business related laws, in all actions carried out.
• Accountable for the recruitment, leadership, development and ongoing management of their team to achieve the required results.
• He / she work closely with other CPL business leaders to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
• This position will involve travel to company events, conferences, clients and CPL locations. Also they will be required to be actively involved in local organizations and attend local business functions for networking purposes;
• The Branch will be required to be multi tasker, be flexible in their working and adaptable to a range of activities in any given day.

Candidate Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in a working with recruitment service position which included volume staffing & delivery planning.
• Minimum 2 years proven track record in a leadership position and target achievement.
• A Diploma or higher in a business field or a related field is desirable
• Experience in staff management and business-2-business/sales environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment and outsourcing services
• Able to work independently and collaboratively; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute decision with judgment and discretion
