Job information

Responsibilities: 

• Accurately support, post and reconcile journals 
• Performing quality and consistency checks on outputs 
• Support analysis and business commentaries according to team requirements 
• Support the accurate calculation and booking of internal and external retrocession agreements 
• Support the accurate processing and recording in investments 
• Assist preparation of timely and accurate data for internal and external reporting 
• Ensure compliance with the risk and control framework and the audit requirements 
• Contribute and support Finance related projects as requested, including new deals 

Requirements:  

• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• 2-5 years' of work experience in the financial services industry
• University degree in Economics, Science, Accounting or Business Administration
• Part Qualification in Accounting
• Experience of statutory accounting policies
• Strong communication skills
• Organisational skills, able to deliver several processes concurrently
• Experience in US GAAP/IFRS desirable
