Job information

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with clients, customers  and other departments 
• Chat communication for immediate support
• Answering questions, solving their queries in a timely manner 
• Work with internal databases, resourcing for needed information in databases, internal tools etc. 
• Communication and cooperation with colleagues from other departments 
• Daily communication and reaction via social media in the name of the company   
• Administration work, reporting and other tasks 

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Russian language is a must
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
• Preferably experience with social media
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Valid working permition in Slovakia
