Responsibilities:

• Interpret data to derive actions or take decisions and help your team to understand them
• Supervise and co-lead the monthly Service Reporting activities: gather, analyse and visualise existing data from different data sources
• Deal with ad-hoc queries on customer base, customer behaviour or ticket volumes
• Prepare presentations for senior stakeholders with regards to Customer Insights and Service Performance
• Help to build and improve reporting and analytics solutions

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar area
• 3+ years experience in analytics or business analysis
• Reporting and data visualisation skills
• Knowledge of R or Python is a plus
• You can write and understand SQL queries
• Excellent Excel skills like PowerPivot and related
• Knowledge of relational data bases (entity relationship model) - coding and programming languages is a HUGE + 
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail, critical thinking and good self-organised skills
• Stress resistant
