Job information

Responsibilities:  

• Responsibility for accounts payable process for Europe 
• Order management for indirect materials and services, including user and technical support for internal ordering tool 
• Managing a team of app. 60 people (having 3-4 direct reports), including mentoring, coaching & development of team members, recruiting, promotions, salary reviews, succession & back-up planning 
• Steering of operations within outsourced team in India and acting as a main point of contact 
• Collaboration with process owners, local organizations on process design, simplification & global harmonization 
• Steering & supporting projects related to process automation & robotics 

Requirements: 

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must 
• At least 2 years experience on people managerial role in areas of Finance, Accounting, Purchasing or similar fields 
• Working experience in SSC environment
• Very good leadership skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, experience with SAP is an advantage
• Reliable and communicative person
