Job information

 Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supporting the Legal and Compliance divisional tool
  • KPI reporting, data analysis - using various tools
  • Regular and ad hoc reporting and presentations from data analyses and content perspective
  • Provide training to users
  • Processing user requirements for changes and new tools
  • Participating in development of new tools
  • Coordinating Legal and Compliance division processes (related to financials, communications, workforce planning, records management and operational risk management) with other divisions
  • Gathering and documenting requirements for projects
  • Improve and streamline the tools and processes
  • Support the sourcing process of handling outside counsel documenting key reference information for users and reviewing purchase orders for sourcing outside counsel
  • Quarterly review of outside counsel (spend and savings analysis, collecting data, reporting)
  • General business support to lawyers and outside counsel (process, requirements, info requests)
  • Support implementation of an encryption solution with new law firms

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent English really is a must
  • University degree (preferably in business administration)
  • 3+years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
  • Databases and data models knowledge, process modelling and planning (experience with Visio is a plus)
  • Strong Excel skills (motivation for improvement!) and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability and willingness to work towards deadlines and prioritise
