Job information

Our client is opening a brand new position: Escalation manager. You will take ownership of escalated sales issues and help the company to improve processes.

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Management of escalated Sales issues and implementation of process changes
  • Being the „gatekeeper“ for the incoming Sales requirements
  • Assessing the Sales requirements and providing guidance to the Requestors and engage GAM resources to support the Sales efforts.
  • Tracking all the inquiries in order to enable their ex post assessment and consequent improvement to ensure the elimination of sales escalations

 

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent English is a MUST
  • Previous experiences with people management (ideally in Sales or Customer Support area) required
  • Excellent presentations and persuasive skills
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • MS Excel advanced user
  • Self motivated person
