Job Overview
We are looking for a Python Developer to support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of integrated business systems across multiple regions. This role combines Python development and automation with application support, API integration, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
You will work closely with business and IT teams to maintain stable system operations, resolve technical issues, improve operational processes, and support the standardization of integrated business systems across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operation and maintenance support for integrated business systems across different regions.
Monitor business-system integration flows and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application or integration issues.
Manage and maintain user accounts, system access, and permissions to ensure secure and compliant system operations.
Develop and maintain Python scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Work with integration and API platforms such as Axway and WSO2 API, as well as other integration tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues related to system access, application functions, APIs, and business processes.
Analyze system and operational data to identify recurring issues and opportunities for performance or process improvement.
Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, user permissions, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Monitor changes in regional business requirements and regulations and support the adjustment of system operation and maintenance processes accordingly.
Optimize application support and operation processes and contribute to the standardization of O&M practices across regions.
Provide timely support for production incidents and participate in root-cause analysis and problem resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience in application operations, system integration, IT operations, production support, or a related field.
Strong Python programming or scripting skills, particularly for automation, troubleshooting, and operational support.
Experience with at least three integration/API tools or platforms, with experience in Axway or WSO2 API being highly desirable.
Good understanding of API integration, middleware, system interfaces, and end-to-end business integration flows.
Experience with system monitoring, incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and automated operation and maintenance.
Ability to analyze system or operational data and identify areas for improvement.
Good understanding of integrated business processes and enterprise application environments.
Familiarity with regional business requirements, regulations, and compliance considerations is an advantage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
Good command of English, as it will be used as the primary working language.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to production and system-related issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Axway, WSO2 API, API Gateway, middleware, or other integration platforms.
Experience supporting enterprise applications or integrated business systems.
Experience developing automation scripts or tools using Python.
Experience with SQL, databases, data analysis, or system monitoring tools.
Experience working in a global or multi-region IT environment.
