Náplň práce, informácie o pracovnom mieste

  • provide IT support for end users at Digital Park and other locations in western Slovakia,
  • provide VIP IT user support for English-speaking senior management members,
  • essential part of this role is coordination of end user related tasks in general - ticket assignment to colleagues, handle task prioritisation and escalation, follow-up on tickets with colleagues, making sure tickets are updated and resolved in timely fashion,
  • troubleshooting hardware and software issues,
  • respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely and professional manner,
  • assist users with software installations, updates, and configurations,
  • offer training and guidance to colleagues on IT best practices, software usage, and security,
  • propose improvements to prevent recurring problems and contribute to the knowledge base,
  • cooperation with colleagues from the IT department in taking care of IT infrastructure, application support and various projects related to the implementation of network, software and hardware changes Willingness to be part of an on-call support for business-critical systems and applications.

2 200 EUR

Upresnenie platových podmienok

from 2200€ Base Salary + 15% maximum reachable annual variable bonus + 13th Salary (Base salary is MINIMUM possible - will be set based on applicant´s experience).

  • basic knowledge of network problematic,
  • driving license - B - active driver
  • patience,
  • good communication skills in both Slovak and English
