    Are you an experienced Project Manager with a knack for driving efficiency and innovation? Were looking for a passionate leader to manage exciting projects within the industrial sector. From investment return calculations to streamlining production, you’ll oversee projects from start to finish, following established PMO processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Lead factory expansion projects and automation solutions to boost efficiency and performance.
    - Support the implementation of new products and related technologies and processes.
    - Drive innovation by designing new technological concepts, standards, and cross-functional processes.
    - Identify and manage cost-reduction projects, including ROI and CAPEX planning.
    - Provide technical support to production teams, enhancing productivity, ergonomics, and new technology integration.
    - Participate in equipment selection and deployment.
    - Estimate personnel, production time, and costs.
    - Resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
    - Regularly report and communicate with internal teams.

    Minimum required education

    Secondary with Leaving Examination

    Language skills

    English (upper-intermediate - B2)

    Generally required knowledge

    - 5 years of experience in an industrial organization in the position of Project Engineer or Project Manager.
    - Proven experience in project management, LEAN, and Six Sigma / Green Belt tools.
    - Fluent knowledge of English at B2 level.
    - Flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational skills.
    - Communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
    - Experience in project management in the automotive sector is an advantage.
