Internal control specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly quality reviews of the documentation of SOX internal controls in the internal SOX tool for Hungary based entities.
• Perform monitoring implementation of the corrective action plans for deficiencies noted during the quality reviews of internal controls and/or internal audits.
• Review and update of tasks and users’ roles in the internal SOX tool.
• Assists in preparation of SOX submission documents for Danucem entities, mostly based in Hungary.

Scope:

• Danucem entities, mostly responsible for Hungary, in case of need supporting Danucem Risk and IC Manager with Slovakia and Austria scope.
• Perform implementation, monitoring and enhancing Internal Controls standards.
• Responsible for maintenance of internal SOX tool.
• Drive meetings with internal stakeholders to follow up on internal controls/internal audits remediation plans.
• Assists in execution of process reviews and preparation of process review reports.
• Assists in preparation of SOX submission documents for Danucem entities, mostly responsible for Hungary.

Place of work: remotely, or BA, KE office

• University degree in Economics
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Internal Control, Internal and External Auditing within production or SSC environment
• Previous SOX experience is an advantage
• Hungarian and English language - communicative level is a must
• Willingness to travel
• MS Office - user
• SAP - user
