Personal Assistant to the Board Member (m/f)

As long as you are a smart and multi-tasking individual, capable of working to the tightest of deadlines and amazing under pressure, MS Teams expert, kind, polite and behind-the-scenes problem solver, we want you. 

We are looking for a true office miracle worker, who would join the team of Personal Assistants supporting our Board Member and a few other managers within Mass Market division and who would be the key to their success. 

What you will do 

• Taking care of calendars and scheduling appointments on a daily basis,
• Translating from and to Slovak/English in both verbal and written form,
• Organizing events within the whole Mass Market SVK section – including booking premises, ordering refreshments, etc.
• Processing of business trips in our internal system,
• Support with external/internal visits (also from abroad),

Required knowledge and skills

• Proven experience on a similar role at big international company,
• English and Slovak language on advanced level,
• Proactive working approach,
• Flexibility and good at organizing and communication skills,
• Last but not least, positive approach,
