- Provide support for Lease Contract administration tasks and maintain positive relations with property owners in the context of a time-sensitive Network Sites Rollout Project

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Lease Contract management activities

- Ensure that all work adheres to the prescribed project delivery process and facilitate timely completion in alignment with project plan requirements

- Independently process, analyze, and review lease agreements in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Deliver Lease Contract arrangements within defined budgetary constraints and adhere to key Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- Furnish planning information and regular status reports

- Maintain structured management of lease data and all associated documentation, ensuring they are appropriately uploaded to designated tools and repositories.

First Level University Education (Bachelor's Degree)

Generally required knowledge

- Relevant Undergraduate university degree or college diploma in a real estate or business administration

- A minimum of 3 years of work-related experience in the Property Management, Construction Management or equivalent role

- Ability to work efficiently and independently, multi-task, work as a project team member, meet deadlines and achieve project goals.

- Strong communication skills in writing and oral.

- MS Office

- English language at a communicative level
- communication with the CEO of the company will take place in English
