Finnish Minerals Group and Beijing Easpring Material Technology are proceeding in establishing a joint venture company for the Kotka CAM plant. Beijing Easpring will own 70 percent of the company, while Finnish Minerals Group will own 30 percent. Beijing Easpring, established in 2001, is one of the world's leading developers, manufacturers, and suppliers of cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries. Finnish Minerals Group is a state-owned special-purpose company building a responsible mining and battery value chain in Finland. The initial investment for the Kotka CAM plant is estimated to be approximately 774 million euros, and the production is expected to meet the needs of more than 750,000 fully electric vehicles annually. The plant’s production capacity may be expanded in the future. Once operational, the plant will employ approximately 360 people.

**As the Kotka CAM Plant Project progresses, we're on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to take on a pivotal role in the project management and the upcoming plant.

As a **HR Manager
, you'll have the overarching responsibility for both the project phase of our plant venture and the subsequent HR operations when the facility is up and running. As the project unfolds, you'll have the chance to assemble and lead your own team, shaping and enhancing their capabilities with your professional expertise. Your role involves working collaboratively with your team to align with the company's existing strategy for the Kotka plant in Finland, establishing streamlined operational models for the future of work. You'll manage both external and internal stakeholder collaborations, ensure compliance with various regulations and obligations, and be the go-to person for our employees on any HR matter. In this role, you’ll report to the CEO of the company.
