Are you fluent in French and English ? Do you want to work fully from home and you are interested in HR area? Then join the HR Team in international company and your responsibilities will be: - First point of contact for employees - Receive HR queries in French and English via phone, email or other communication channels. - Resolve HR queries by referring to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures and escalate where these cannot be resolved - Communicate effectively queries connected to Employeeś life cycle including holiday days, salaries, benefits and other HR related questions - Actively seeks employee feedbacks This position include shifts in cycle of 3 possible week rotations and 4 possible hour rotations.
