Design, creation, and deployment of standard and customized apps in ServiceNow
Development of improvements, such as platform integrations
Technical documentation update
As a member of a worldwide team, work independently on given projects and improvements while utilizing the Agile SCRUM framework and DevOps, including upkeep and support of the ITSM application
Collaborate closely with architects, other IT experts, and key internal and external stakeholders
By ensuring that the relevant design and development standards are always applied, you may contribute to the architecture and aid in maintaining the stability of the platform
Requirements :
3+ years of relevant professional experience in the ServiceNow ITSM field
Considerable practical expertise with JavaScript is required
Familiarity with SNOW system administration
UI, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, programming concept structure, and any programming or scripting language is advantage
Experience with processes or frameworks : Agile SCRUM, ITIL Foundation V3 and V4 is an advantage
IT-related bachelor's or master's degree requiredFluent English language
Analytical approach, focus on solutions, and initiative
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification, and skills of the candidate.
