Job information

This is a great opportunity for young profesionals to kick off their career in HR, while gaining a valuable work experiences. In this position you will learn how the HR procesees and tools work. You will also have the opportunity to actively use your language skills and to develop your project management skills.



Responsibilities:

Acting as a point of contact for internal employees in Germany regarding HR related maters – HR tools, internal HR policies and regulations...
Cooperating and communicating with HR departments worldwide with the opportunity to actively use your language skills by e-mail or phone
Supporting incoming requests via internal ticketing tool
Supporting new and challenging HR initiatives and being an active part in the implementation and improvements of new projects in HR areas


Requirements:

Proficient level (in verbal and written form) in English and German language is a MUST
Intermediate MS office skills
Strong ownership and drive, passion for self-development
Analytical and critical thinking
