Job information

- Responsible for the creation of a centre of excellence in electrical maintenance and automation at area level;
- Responsible for the increase in the level of independence in electrical maintenance and automation per each factory;
- Proposes policies of digitalization and remote diagnosis;
- Supports, is liable for or responsible for planning the entire activity of maintenance, interventions, electrical repairs of the installations and machines from the work premises, in accordance with the factory requirements and deliveries, observing the legislation and the legal rules in force, as well as the instructions for maintenance and repairs specific to each installation and machine, in compliance with the consumption norms of time and materials;
- Draws up the annual budget of electrical maintenance and automation;
- Monitors the elaboration of the budget and is liable for the compliance of the expenses with the annual budget for maintenance;
- Coordinates the activity of the heads of electricians from the factories;
- Is responsible for the development of technical and leadership competences of the heads of the team of electricians from the factories;
- Manages and updates the activity of preventive and predictive maintenance;
- Participates directly, providing technical assistance and the documentation necessary, in the fulfilment of the tasks of the teams of electrical maintenance or of the subcontractors and is liable for the quality of the operations of maintenance carried out by them;
- Participation in the elaboration of the instructions of work for the activities, positions and works of electrical maintenance, taking into account the particularities of the activities and places of work;
- Plans in the SAP with the heads of the teams of electricians from the factories the works of preventive and predictive maintenance;
- Coordinates the TPM activities;
- Ensures the management of the technical documentation on paper support and electronic support, to be easily accessible;
- Collaborates with the procurement department to analyze the offers received for services or spare parts;
- Participates with proposals in the programs of investments, improvements, upgrades, is liable for the fulfilment on time of the measures resting with him in relation thereto.

Generally required knowledge:

Studies: technical upper studies (electrical, electronic, electrotechnical, automatic engineering);
Experience: minimum 5 years on a similar position at level of heavy industry factory;

Personal competences: leadership, open for progress, communication skills, team management and development, project management, business acumen; availability for travelling to Carmeuse factories both from the country and from abroad, agility, independence, decision-making, commitment;

Professional competences: technical knowledge of electronics, automation, IT, electrics; Siemens TIA Portal and Step 7 programmable automatic knowledge; knowledge on the structure and functionality of the SCADA systems; Caddy++ design; TPM methodology; English language (writing, speaking), PC operating knowledge (MS Office and SAP)
